I think KCP is a better team defender than a man to man, where I think Hart is better because of his strength. KCP has a good ability to read passing lanes.
there were countless instances where kcp guy could easily dribble right by him...yes he is good at reading lane n angles but he gambled alot as well n put the rest of the team in a bad rotations
True, it's more of a trend than a rule of thumb, but that doesn't in itself make it safe to risk injury to Hart who looked good since the summer before. There is nothing to prove. With Magic so protective of players in SL last summer this seems pointless. We need shooter/defenders badly. Maybe I'm being paranoid but considering Magic during last year's SL shutting down Ingram for a small cramp in his leg this seems a little risky.
#STARTHART I know it won’t happen, but the kid deserves it. He just always puts out a consistent effort like nobody else. I’d hate to lose him in a trade.
I think Pope makes more sense mostly because I trust Hart more to make free decisions off the bench. I'm not sure Pope is enough of a go-getter to fit with what that bench is going to do. He's definitely solidifying himself as a key piece to this team though. I honestly don't expect the Lakers to make any kind of move with the young guys at this point. Maybe never, but probably February at the earliest.
Hart is just as a part of our young core with Ingram, kuz and zo. Svi and Wagner still have to prove this season if their a part of it too. I sure love the direction this team is going. We have talent literally on every position. So excited to see us compete and continue to grow. I mean look at Hart he was sucking in summer league last year, also had injury issues in the beginning with the sore Achilles. I'm so glad he's breaking out into a stud. More than just a 3 and D
It will have to be won in training camp but Magic seems to think its definitely a possibility. Ben Rosales@brosales12 1h1 hour ago So, in four games in Vegas, aside from averaging 22.5/5.0/2.2/1.5, Hart's putting up: -- 8.3 threes a game at a 42.4% clip -- 16.4 AST% against a 6.52 TO% -- 62.8 TS% on a 28.56 USG% -- Even a stocks% above 4.0 for good measure. Yeah, he's been pretty damn dominant.
Yeah Magic just told Luke it's OK with him if Josh deserves to start. Klutch or no Klutch. Scrimmages are going to be intense. Hoping they save the most energy though for the upcoming season to be unleashed upon the league. And stay healthy. I expect some Kuzma pushing Ingram as well. Would be out of my gourd if the biggest impact of all was made by this guy and he was to win a starting position. Even lock down 1st in .... with a short hook on the starter ... off the bench.
Had to use it. It would be a kick to end up creating something one day that the fellas rip on each other about. #photoshopgoals
That's maybe open to misunderstanding? He doesn't know you and your sense of humor. Already stiffed you on the High 5 gif earlier in the year. But .... far be it from me blah blah blah. Carry on.
