That was a big question mark with Hart coming in. Could his outside shot travel to the pros? It still has that funky looking follow through but it has been very good. Burke spoke last night of how solidly built Hart is that his post defense against bigger players is a positive. I had a concern last night when he landed awkwardly in the third quarter and it ended up being nothing...
I agree completely. If he's moved, it's only to help lubricate a Deng deal. I'm not just moving him to move him. As for his performance in the Summer League: after a bit of a bumpy start, he's showing that he's just better than these players. He's too good for Summer League. If he sat so we could see more Malik Newman or maybe get Bonga more minutes, I'm okay with that.
We've literally built a competent/legitimate 7 man rotation through the draft the past 3 seasons. HOLY CRAP.
Check out the summary I did in the Magic or Rob thread of the recent Connected with Magic and Rob where they discuss Lebron decision, free agency, and our young players. Key thing in there was both Lebron and Magic love Josh Hart. Safe to say he's not going anywhere.
I have been saying the Lakers have had the best bench in the league. Unfortunately, we didn't have a legit starting 5.
Well with regards to the 5 spot Pete just wrote this and I'll put it in Moe's thread too ..... https://www.silverscreenandroll.com...-video-stats-las-vegas-summer-league-michigan
