Even if I thought Lebron was thinking Philly I think Joel's tweets about Lakers being Magic and Kobe's team and all that would not go over well. I'd think that would actually help Lebron think more LA than less. BUT my opinion is Bron has made up his mind long ago. He knew where he was going and what he wanted to do. He isn't even meeting with teams. His agent is the one. The dude is IN LA and yet he isn't sitting down with them. I think Lebron knows his Finals record has killed some of his legacy and the best way to undo it would be to bring LA back to its dominance. He has the Miami rings. He brought one to the Land. What would be the hat topper? Rafters and Jersey in the Staples Center. All speculation but I could def see him on that train. Philly? I'd laugh harder than at PG going back to OKC leaving millions on the table.

The fact that PG thought that there was a possibility of playing with Lebron and he said no says a lot, does it not?

think that's 4 years old. but the fact that you thought it possible pretty much sums up our current situation.

The worst thing that has been reported recently is him waiting until Tuesday to announce his decision. This is going to be a rough few days.

That PG never wanted to leave OKC. It literally says nothing about the Lakers as a Franchise. Had he met with the team, heard the pitch, talked to Bron and all that jazz then maybe its on LA but, for me at least, PG was never leaving OKC. Russ had a party set up for him before the deadline. He (PG) was just like D Jordan with the Clips. Got conned into coming back. Straight stupid.

I'm not a Bron lover but the idea of playing with that guy over Westbrook would be a no-brainer and I like Westbrook. No this is simply telling the PG is an idiot.

He's trying to use Paul George staying in OKC as a reflection of LeBron, not the Lakers.

But anyone who chooses to play with Westbrook over LeBron is, without a doubt, a moron.

I buy Nick Wright’s report that the announcement would be on Tuesday. Windhorst has also been saying that the decision will be right before July 4th. Those two seem pretty involved with Lebron’s camp.

People are starting to panic just because he didn’t announce immediately. He’s obviously going to at least hear out some other teams and spend some time deliberating on the decision after he has all his info

ah got it. Change Lakers to Bron and it still applies. It says nothing about people wanting or not wanting to play with Bron either. PG was never leaving IMO. I mean dude didn't even get his money. His agent screwed him, he screwed him and OKC basically went that stripper route and made him pay them child support for that deal he swallowed. SMH at all this nonsense.

If Lebron comes, stays in Clev or goes to fricken Minny I won't be pissed. He at least is doing it like a man.

If I'm the Sixers, I tell lebron, look, if you come to Philly, we will trade Fultz, Saric and Covington with picks to SA and get Kawhi. Then at that point, Lebron has a legit team that can destroy the C Bags and beat the Warriors. That's what I would do if I were the Sixers and I think it would work.

our only hope now is that lebron chooses LA and can convince cousins to sign there too

i'll be happy with just lebron though. not expecting anything at this point though. i'm bracing myself for another long period of mediocrity unless the young core than make significant progress this next season

Anthony Davis wants Cousins back, that deal is off the table. Pelicans will do anything Davis wants.
