I think if I'm the Lakers though...until the C Bags or Sixers include Jaylen Brown or Fultz in their offers...I don't offer Ingram.

We still have both max slots right now...so we still have leverage...even if LeBron AND Cousins sign...we STILL have leverage thanks to the Clippers having max cap room the following summer so that'll put pressure on the Spurs to deal him to us (as we'll be willing to give up Ingram and Boston and Philly will not be willing to give up Brown or Fultz, respectively).

But at this point...I say include Ingram in the deal and get it done for Kawhi to secure LeBron. We can't take any chances. The entire year we thought PG13 was coming...and then we don't even get a meeting.

Doesn’t look like any teams will be able to offer Jules money this year.

Let him walk in 2019, f%#* Mintz, and sign Kawhi outright to the max.

Spurs can go suck an egg on their high threshold. Kawhi is not going to play for you this year and we are not going to give you every young prospect we have. Take our deal. It’s the best you’re going to get.

Jules has to accept that and I have to look into how soon we can trade him then, cause I think we can't immediately trade him if he accepts the QO... We would have to wait till Dec. 15 I believe.

Btw, I'm not dealing with Mintz if I'm the Lakers. Sucks for Jules, but I ain't f***ing with dude no more. f*** Mintz

Funny how Woj is the only one repeating this over and over and over. I don’t remember when he joined the Spurs front office in addition to ESPN.

Lakers still have leverage IMO. At this point, with the other guy wussing out of joining his hometown team, I'd be fine getting LBJ, surround him with talent from the FA market and roll with the youngns. And by next summer, Kawhi will be ours.

We should probably just preemptively move this thread to NBA discussion to save ourselves the heartache.

    Kawhi 2019 = Paul George 2018

Lakers leverage is a limp dong on a hot day. They have zero leverage and haven't had leverage in a decade. Spurs will trade Kawhi to Philly or some s***hole in the east.

Difference is Kawhi may have Klaws, but we resoundingly know what the P stands for in Playoff P.

The more I think about it....Paulina was cool when OKC traded for him. But I can see Kawhi straight up not reporting for the physical if a trade was made for him other than LA.

Dude's proven to be a killer even to the likes of Pop. Meanwhile Paulina played PC princess all damn year and finally showed his true colors...(cLipper)red pooka dot panties that Russ picked up for him during fashion week.

Your 180 turn makes me a little concerned about you. You okay? You were so wildly confident earlier.

I have zero faith in any of these clowns, whether it's Lebron, Kawhi or whomever. The Lakers since Jerry Buss has passed have been a useless pile of toilet water. Jerry Buss was the real gangster in ALL of this. And the Don is gone and so are the Lakers.

Things work better when I am angry. It's my fault for being nice and positive. When that happens s*** never goes right.
