Would roll the dice on a two-year max in a heartbeat. Especially if that brings us LeBron and leaves the door open to a Kawhi trade. Do it.

Next time I hear about any players favorite team growing up is the Lakers or they are from LA or whatever the hell, it's baseball bat time and kneecaps meeting aggressively.

Better than getting shot up by Russ's (paint)balls. And I heard Russ been blue ballin since he could no longer dip into that cupcake moisteny goodness.

As with PG, I’m not overly excited about Cousins and my interest for him has gone down over the years. I think if he were healthy he would play better in L.A. than any place he has been and would not be a problem child. That Achilles tho... I guess the options are thin now.

Achilles is worrisome but that’s why you sign him to a short term deal.

Add LeBron & Boogie + retain Randle & we have a Beastly Team..!!
Youth, Speed, Athleticism & plenty of muscle. IMO a much more balanced Team than with PG.

& I don't think Boogie would screw around with LBJ on the Team.
I could get excited about that. Plus we're keeping our entire core in tact.

A one-year, high-salary offer works for both parties if we pull this off. Boogie gets greater exposure with the Lakers if/when he's ready to play. The Lakers preserve at least the threat of cap space for Kawhi next summer while also getting ostensibly a solid piece.

Finally some Lakers news I can get behind. Boogie is a full fledged alpha dog that I’m convinced would work nicely with Lebron. Sign him to a short term “show me” deal, and let’s see what he can do.

TBH, I'm quite curious about the Boogie-Randle dynamic... A little bit excited, too, maybe.

I think it has the potential to work nicely. Cousins (pre injury) was a better version of Lopez, and could do everything he does and more. Plus, it’d be nice to see two badasses on the court together. We’d easily become one of the most imposing teams in the league.
