    After the PG13 spurn...I think LeBron is going to be welcomed with open arms by all the Kobe nut huggers that hated LeBron for a long time...

    I mean at this point...if we DONT land LeBron after not getting a meeting with PG13...I'll probably just walk myself to a nearby cliff...

    I’m basically praying for LeBron right now, and I’m not religious. :D A year ago I said no way in hell, now I’m like “save us oh great one!”. We cannot strike out, and if we land the best player in the league we still win free agency. Do it, LeBron, do it. We will embrace you for having cojones after Little P showed he has none.

    Well, as I and others said today, it was never gonna happen tonight. LeBron isn’t that guy, he will wait a few days. If his mind is truly made up, maybe one day.

    Dave McMenamin on 710 just said that LeBron was likely referring to PG with that quote.

    Said LeBron and PG had talked about joining in LA, and LeBron could never get a commital from PG.

    Ties into Ramona’s story a few days ago that LeBron’s camp had a “wishy-washy” feeling about PG’s camp.

    that's a douche move to come out and say that of a fellow player in the media

    Remember how Kobe got all eff it in his interviews in his old age? See how Durant has changed?

    LLLLLLebron is only going to get worse, and I'm not so sure that many people still want to play with him.

    I hope I'm completely wrong if he comes here, but I truly don't want to be cringing when he opens his mouth and stomps off stage with his purse all that often. I follow basketball to enjoy it, not get the heaves and get pissed.

    WOW. I just gained respect for LeBron freakin James, is this real life? First he earned my respect with that ridiculous playoff run, and then he sneakily dissses PG, had no problem taking on the Warriors with a lesser roster for a few years there taking on that challenge, hate levels lowering...

    Edit: should say McMenamin “likely thinks” not “confirmed”. Said he and Joe Vardon thinks that’s whom LeBron’s quote was referring to.

    Why? It's true. Kobe said that s**** time after time. It's just the media guy who came out and said it was about a specific player, Lebron didn't. And PG isn't a champ. His documentary is an embarrassment. He went for money over championship and he's already loaded. There is NO way he gets a championship now and NO one thinks that he will.

    Maybe because it applies to him perfectly.
