Lol. Gunnar has gotten people jacked before too.. Maybe he's building him up instead of going full force too fast.

I'm 29 and I feel my body is f***ed up internally from over training/doing a lot of weight when I was younger. Sure I'm strong and look great but it's not a sprint, it's a marathon race. I'd like to think Gunnar knows what he's doing.

Let's say you cut back on the crack about 2-3 cups before you start entertaining ideas of Tina Ball playing PF.

Lavar's backyard workouts are good... For 1963.

What Gunnar and the training staff are doing is actual, grade A training. Lavar wouldn't know it though.

Lavar is greedy for right now body results. Can't do that.

I'm gonna train my kids different than how I did things 9 years ago.

Take a page out of the Brady book.

Well here you go again from LaVar. The guy is a psycho. Lakers take the high road after all his s*** and threats last year and have a workout scheduled for LiAngelo. What does he do but come back like a snake and bite the organization yet again.

LaVar against the world and won't stop. Read the comments section. This is a good marketing plan .... making yourself and your sons despised?

I was actually enjoying hearing nothing from Lavar for several months there and then he comes back into the web of things with this BS. GTFO.

I see that the Warriors want to add to their super team. Don't they already have enough fire power..

Maybe Warriors are doing due diligence angling for LaVar's attention come the end of Lonzo's rookie contract. It seems Zo has no balls as an adult to speak for himself.

You know that why exactly? He's supposed to disrespect his father publicly for what reason?

As an adult with some balls who is being paid multiple millions of dollars by his employer the LA Lakers ... sitting back and not telling his very public father to quit jerking with them and taking constant shots at them is just something we haven't seen before in the league. It's fine by you?

And he can do that privately don't you think?

Who is to say he hasn't done it privately?

But honestly the kid is 19 years old. Were all of us totally self possessed at that age? Kobe took how long to get his parents out of his life?

LOL guys ... my bad. Sorry. Everything is perfectly normal appearing with that family dynamic and the apparent size of Lonzo's balls.
