I doubt he cares about you, he is a success in his own niche as an owner.

Well then it's good he has you as a fan here to defend him from my snarky comment.

question on the lebron buzzer beater:

if they're inbounding from the backcourt with that much time left...why aren't you doubling lebron on the inbounds? i'm guessing thibs hasn't slept considering this. you'd much rather the cavs have to inbound to notlebron, then take advantage of the 2 on 1 situation 50ft from the hoop with under 2 seconds to play.

How would you guys rate/describe that defense by Butler on LBJ on that buzzer beater? Looks to me like it could've been better

How about a whining jerk of an owner vs not a whining jerk of an owner kind of sports lens guy which is exactly the point here?

Here's the problem with this post, Real. It's OK to give Lebron a compliment. But we are not at the point where that compliment can be made without an insult right before or after it in a post. At the very least another backhanded compliment must accompany any actual compliment. Your post should have read something like this:

"Guy put up a fantastic game (finally). Had a game saving block right before this. I wanted to watch him "declining" but I didn't see it tonight. Heck, I think Bosley is making him look younger!"

I'll take Lebron when he gets here, but we can't be treating the guy like a Laker until he actually is one.

This has been a public service announcement for Lakersball.com.

That's exactly what i was thinking after seeing the replay a couple times. There's freaking one second on the clock and other than defending the inbounds pass, all 4 Twolves should've been behind the half court line defending anything but s half court heave. If they make it... Then hand them 100K, like they do there fans at halftime, shake their hands and keep it moving.

Since leaving the C bags as a defensive assistant coach, Thibs seriously hasn't been about defense as a head coach. Defense is all effort and he would rather play his starters into the ground than use responsible substitution patterns to say them up for good defense.

Btw, i agree with Savs and his public announcement...haha.

This is a terrible move on the Cavs part for oh so many reasons. First of all, as much as I love Clarkson he's not going to save their defense. All they did was replace IT with a guy who's young and unlikely to cause problems in the locker room like IT was. Second of all, Nance is an awesome role player, but if they're relying on him to turn the tide for the team... I don't see it.

What this trade DOES do is give the Cavs some breathing room if LeBron walks which is ironic since he can now walk directly into our arms. Thanks Gilbert!

So how about that complete makeover of the Cavs overnight. Holy crap. They get younger and more athletic. It'll help them the rest of the season if they can gel and for the future when Lebron leaves.
