Yup. Saw it. And his was a tad quicker. He may have struggled in this game but this kid, he's got variety. Sent from my E6533 using Tapatalk
The only problem I had was that when he started making mistakes be pressed harder and made more mistakes. He's got to learn to take a deep breath and let the game come to him. Still that fade away was fantastic. More and more he looks like a 6'9" Klay Thompson. His defense is improving as well. Easily the Steal of the Draft.
It’s the Kobe mentality. I was okay with it, he was trying to get back in rhythm and couldn’t, so Luke rightfully pulled him.
I thought Kobe's fall away jumpers were a dying art so it's great to see a kid who is going to develop with Kobe as his mentor keeping it ALIVE. Have noticed Josh Hart has some backward lean himself even on 3s.
Y'all notice when he used the move to setup a drive on another play when his defender had to respect the turn around...?
"Work ethic eliminates fear" - rookie Kule Kuzma. Can I like our youngsters even more? Highly unlikely.
1 on 1 could Kyle beat Ben Simmons in best of 7 series whatever the point total would be for a win each game? Or at the least make it a really tough series for Ben to win? Ought to be a lot of fun to watch. Kuz should have the greater repertoire of ways to score on Ben but Ben's probably stronger (?) and longer and can get down low on Kyle. What do you think Kobe? Your boy .... could he take Ben? Wow Kob .... way to have his back!
He's walking the talk in wanting to train best he can as Kobe did. Paul George should come home and learn from Kobe as well.
Love it Lonzo also said that after most games he and Kuzma go over the game film together, so Kuz is watching film before AND after games! Mamba mentality for sure
I think it’s a combination of both. He’s had a sprained joint in his hand since January 17th, and he’s averaging 30 mpg this season. He’s played a lot for a rookie, and he just hasn’t looked as comfortable since injuring the hand. I think it’s safe to assume he’ll be fine in time though.
