LG is an Olympic sized pool of diarrhea. I can't wait to get rich so I can buy the site and eliminate it from existence.
Saved from almost being pushed to page 2: Jason Kidd's rookie season through 27 games: 8.8 points 8.2 assists 3.7 rebounds 2.5 steals 0.3 blocks 3.3 turnovers 36.7 minutes 32.6 FG% 14.3 3PT% 71.6 FT% Lonzo Ball rookie season through 27 games: 9.1 points 7.2 assists 6.9 rebounds 1.4 steals 0.9 blocks 2.7 turnovers 33.3 minutes 33.2 FG% 26.5 3PT% 48.6 FT%
Page 2 for Lonzo almost? WTF .... over? So there you go. And ever since he lost the silly hair he looks the part too. Those numbers are right f****** there.
Fast hands, fast feet, court vision... and he while he didn't win it, he at least answered the phone in OT. He will be good. Edit-Typo
I thought it was a great sign that he was willing to take the reins down the stretch when nobody else was willing to. He should have tried to dunk the ball at the end, but that's something he has to learn. At least he had the guts to try it. Kobe would be proud. I'm proud. We're still on our way forward.
I think thats the Lonzo we'll be seeing more of going forward. We've talked about his physical limitaions but I think also think it's in his personality to "feel" the game out. It was clear late the the 4th and early in OT we had no answer on offense. To see him assert himself in that situation is a huge huge plus to see from the young guy.
He isn't as adventurous in the paint bc, I think, is because he far too skinny right now. When he gains strength more dimensions to his game will open up.
Much like BI last year, he just needs to learn to attack and not show the ball as much. He keeps getting rejected at the rim because he’s shying away from contact. I don’t see it as a physical limitation moreover he just needs to grow and gain a little confidence at finishing through contact. The good thing is, he is also great at finishing with both hands, so it’s only a matter of time. We’re starting to get flashes of what he can do when he gets in a rhythm, 3-4 plays that make you say, “Whoa! Where’d all that come from?”. Everything is pointing in the right direction as far as I can see.
Yeah I just came here to say that and there you have the clip. That shot looked a lot better, at least from that angle it didn't seem as far off the left of his head. Probably because he was going to his right. Which they said he couldn't shoot a J doing that. Well that looked real good and he got up in the air with that one from mid range as well.
