Maybe... Walton values Nance for his intangibles. Doing the dirty work, setting picks and hitting the boards. Things that Kuzma does not have the physicality to do on a game by game basis and Randle is questionable at even if he does have the bulk for it. At this point, it is not who starts anymore but who is on the floor during crucial moments or closing the game.

We missed Larry the last two games. These ugly games are when his skills become more valuable.

We really did miss him tonight. Kuzma has looked a little shaky the last 2 games, under the bright lights on the road. Nance being there allows Kuzma to be in that scoring role off the bench with the Randle Clarkson unit and keeps Brewer off the court.

Limited interior defense without Nance, and it's killing the road trip.

Larry loves that kind of rehab. He's a big fan of the COD franchise

    Larry will save us?

Wow, things have fallen soooo far when we might think a player of Larry's caliber may save our season. Yikes.

Mr. Glass cannot be relied on.

I like Larry as a person as much as anyone but he is never going to be a reliable starter. Even if the talent was there, the health would be a bigger obstacle to overcome for him.

Great, does losing a wisdom tooth mean his BBall IQ is going to drop?

Does Julius have all his wisdom teeth pulled?

These are things that keep me up at night.

No it means he’ll have less weight on his knees now. So less chance of injury.

So sorry, I'm about to say this Larry . . . am I the only one who doesn't miss Larry at all and is a bit concerned about rotations and horrible offense again once he comes back? I love having Kuz in the starting lineup and I'd like to even see Randle out there for a few games alternatively to see him work with the full starting lineup.

If I'm totally honest, I agree. I don't need Nance right now. Bogut does a good enough job as our bench big right now and those are the only minutes I need Nance taking at the moment. Kuzma looks like a star and Randle has been a beast.

use nance as trade bait.....id like a 1st rd pick for next draft....if they found kuz that laye, id hope we get that lucky again next yr. for all of nance hustle play, his non shooting abilities will always hinder/limit his worth to this team

Nance, Zubac, unprotected 1st round pick and Deng to some team and take back expiring contract (s) to make it work ? That would be some nice enticement for a rebuilding team that needs quality pieces.

I think one thing is for sure. Fans will be watching what Magic and Rob do this off-season with unprecedented interest.

    Expectations are through the roof.

I think Larry has lost his starting job to Kuz. We can’t afford to have his lack of offensive game paired with Ball’s. I think Larry has always been an energy big off the bench. Or a sub for some player that is slacking off on defense that night.

You're not going to have to wait that long as mid season trade window is coming upon us pronto.
