I would respect that a lot more than what these ring chasers do. He can go full circle, teach the kids on that team, and I think I've read he's interested in management/ownership with them after his playing days...so he can get started on that.

I read this was a move by Flip so that he can protect his position if Garnett ends up buying the team.

This is going to be good for Bennett, Dieng, Pekovic, and Wiggins. KG is a warrior and that might rub off on some of these kids. At the very least he can teach them to hate Dwight, bite opponents, talk to themselves like crazy people, and headbutt the padding under the goal.

Also on the Nets end, how depressing is this? I know they like Thad but compared to the aspirations they had when they brought in KG and Pierce. Now both are gone and they are trying to move the rest of their guys (from Lopez to Joe Joe to Deron).

Shoddy management. Even while it was all going down, the world knew you couldn't just throw a million players together with no real vision and expect to win it all.

good move for minny and KG. he can really help out the kids they have there and it'll help with his plan to purchase the team after he retires

too bad he's still a complete POS and completely destroyed his reputation and lost all my respect a while ago or else i'd be more excited about him going back

KG can now teach those guys how to pick fights with players smaller than them and Euro players.
