that solution is still one and done.... just pro instead of college. I don't see how that helps anything unless there is more to it.

It might be advantageous to the league to be able to see these kids play in more games. How many game are there in college vs G league?

Better talent in GLeague? And more exposure to the NBA structure and how it works.

This needs to happen. Kids who want to go pro should be able to, it would be a lot like the minors in baseball. Here's how I'd do it:

    1) Go to college, you forgo NBA eligibility for 3 years. Stay and learn in school.
    2) Go pro-

When you go pro there's two potential outcomes: a team can draft you in the NBA draft where you're officially on the roster and can play with them or the affiliate or you get drafted into the G-League affiliate where the team can call you up if/when you're ready. I think this will help college programs improve and would allow kids to make money if they want to and are good enough to do so.

I'd also encourage a minimum time frame in the minors if the child is younger than 20 years old. I wouldn't suggest more than 15-20 games or so, but just something to get their feet wet. I'm sure this would be a huge point of contention, but something to consider anyway. Many of the big prospects in baseball don't see the pros for a long time and nobody complains because it makes the end result much better.

I like the idea of even if drafted, not playing in the league until turning 21. This would give youngsters time to hone their game in the minors and physically develop while also playing a pro style game.

JR Smith played 21 minutes tonight in a blowout loss to Orlando. He had a +/- of -33. How is that even possible?

Why now? If they wanted to fire him, they should have done it before training camp.

Well we did fire Potato head a couple games into the season, but then ago we were expected to win it all that season while the Suns seem destined to be a bottom team again.

All the G League talent wants that 10 day. How their team does is probably just a secondary concern. I don't like that collge ball is even a thing in the US to the extent that it is, but i feel it needs to be mentioned.
