Kuz was such a draft steal for us. I think he is exceptional. His feel for the game, both offensively and defensively, is really good. And this is just the beginning.

His off ball defense needs work, but he's so effective offensively it hides a lot of issues. He and Lonzo have such a natural feel for each other on the court. He'd be a great fit next to Lopez going forward for sure.

I can see Kk start in the future if we get a crazier rim protector. Hes not ready to bang with the starters right now but with the scoring we got from Ball,BI and Lopez i feel we dont NEED him to start right now.

Look at the footwork in the Booker sequence. Insanely good, Nearly textbook.

really impressed with kuzma's game vs. phx. he looks like a vet out there at times. such a clever finisher, moves body and ball, consistently competes defensively. what a pick.

Just have yet another kid..... you know you want to, and be LonzoBallsDad. It's what you intended to be in the first place until you got blind drunk and went home with the wrong woman. Think of all the glory being his dad going forward instead of all the embarrassment you got now with Big Mouth.

Your first kid gets along great with him already so no problem there.

    :Lukewaltonlook:

And I like him too. Just keep the checks coming.

    I have a man-crush on Kuz.

You can say it's getting pretty serious.

As much as Kuz deserves to start, the 2 man JC/Kuz game is strong. JC provides penetration to open lanes for Kuz that Zo wouldn't.

Love this guy. No fear of taking big shots or driving inside. Makes smart plays, versatile, does not play like a rookie. If he’s not going to start he has to be the full time backup.

One thing that separates him from the rest of the guys is footwork. He is really good! Kobe level :)

Again, closes the game. Part of the unit that brought us back. Net positive for the night. Used some of his personal fouls up and got 6 boards. Scoring 20 efficiently....Skies the limit young buck. Dude's young...give him more minutes coach.

JC's production is slowing down Kuz's usage rate. Not that it's a bad thing, but we're not seeing what we did in the SL/Preseason obviously.

He needs more run with Zo tbh. Ingram to the bench, start Kuz and Randle.

I think what separates him from the other youngsters is he’s not afraid to play, which means he’s not afraid to make a mistake. Effort and fearlessness reap rewards.
