I agree with alot of what you say regarding the potential team building scenarios, however we have some differences in opinion when it comes to LA's impact on player's earnings and reach in the modern day. I think alot of this comes from my experience working with UHNWI's and their financial setups. Without boring the rest of the posters any further with essays; I just wanted to say I appreciate the ability to debate back and forth on the topic and I've enjoyed listening to your reasoning. Cheers!

Am I the only one who thinks that's actually a pretty funny line? That's a sports dad right there.

Odds are with his big frame, the ridiculously deep playoff and title runs... he's due for a very debilitating injury. I don't wish it on him at all, but nobody can push it that hard without it happening eventually. I think it's coming very very soon, sooner than it happened to Kobe at his age even.

There's a reason, other than not taking steroids, he lost a lot of that muscle weight he once had and that was to lengthen his career and take a lot of impact off those joints which probably hurt quite a bit already. I don't want another super contract aging star in his mid 30's with the type of mileage as Lebron has... no way.

This is another great reason why Paul George IMO and I hope Magical Johnson's ..... should be our 1st and most prioritized superstar free agent to sign. He has wanted to be the MAN in Los Angeles and is close with Kobe. Work from there. Whom does PG want to play with the most? LeBron? He then becomes just one of the supporting players like everyone else on the team would be no matter how good they become. Ask Kyrie Irving. All day every day all about LeBron James the DIVA. If he wants him, fine. Lock PG first and then work on LBJ's salary. He wants too much which guts our depth to compete with GSW .... then f*** LBJ. Injury waiting to happen and downside of his prime by the time we get him.

No, Taco Bell doesn't leave a brick in your stomach, it has the opposite effect. You'll be out of the bathroom way too fast.

Please in the name of the great MEN and leaders who have played for the Lakers in their glorious history .... keep this schmuck off the team. Do it with our guys, Paul George and any other star rather than this guy. FML. Give me Boogie Cousins and PG over James and PG. I can still see "team" concept with them as opposed to Lebron and his supporting cast in Los Angeles. LBJ saving the Lakers.
