I like it, he seems naive and unassuming. Good fit for our group. Better than the imperiousness and aloofness that comes with having ice tea in your veins.

The characters of Ball, Lopez, KCP and Kuzma all have a similar confidence without displaying any sense of entitlement about them.

KCP appears to be a man of few words that's for sure.

Awful in interviews. He needs a coach that teaches him speaking lol.

Said the right things...in a clumsy was but still...lets hope he can walk the walk too.

We're not looking for a public speaker just a basketball player.

KCP fits like a glove next to Ball. This will take a ton of pressure off Ball this season, he'll actually learn how to play defense and how to better his offensive skills during practice with KCP guarding him. We were worst on defense last year, now we have defensive players everywhere.

I could careless what the interviews sound like. As long as KCP produces that's all that matters to me.

I'm not attacking the guy, but speaking to the press is a part of his job. :D

Hopefully he comes out of his shell a bit. He looked and sounded like a guy who has never been in front of a crowd before. I hope for his sake, as a Laker in LA, he gets better at this. I agree that in the end it doesn't matter too much, but it was painfully awkward watching him. He could really use a speech coach.

If he wants to maximize his earning potential in LA he's gonna have to improve in this area. It was obvious Magic and Rob were trying to save him in the presser. BTW Rob that biblical quote was from Exodus, not Genesis.

Magic kept telling jokes, trying to loosen the kid up. Heck these rookies have more comfort in front of a crowd. I like KCP, ultimately this talk isn't a big deal for us fans for the on-court product, but for his own sake I hope he comes out of his shell.

Well at least we don't have to deal with Mitch and the fact that he sounds like he always has a cold.

Imagine if it was Mitch and KCP, would have been one awkward press conference. Rob and Magic totally saved it but that also led to questions being directed towards them about other stuff besides KCP.

I was cringing constantly during the whole thing as well. Tough to watch, but excited he's on board.
