    I would've let him walk. Raptors are the Clippers East to me. They've peaked and they needed to start over not continue treading water.

    Win win for both the Raptors and Lowry. He got the dollars he was looking for and the Raptors got their 3 years instead of 5 (Super Max) which they were worried about.
