I hate that title and sounds like Ding got carried away with his new insider status. No one in that organization is going talk about Kobe Bryant that way, certainly not Jeanie Buss.
I agree. Nor should they. I understand not loving how they handled last season. It was a circus and a terrible atmosphere for young kids. Still when you look at the entirety of the man's career Kobe Bryant was far from a me first guy. He gave every ounce he had to the Los Angeles Lakers. He could've told us to f*** off after the whole Shaq BS, but the man stayed the course and led us to another couple of championships and he didn't run when things got tough like a lot of superstars today.
Kobe had his hill running routine down there by UCLA. Sounds like Lonzo puts in his hill running conveniently close to home and has a set regimen of training he does not deviate from. Has to change to Lakers location daily once they want him to but am sure a lot such as the hills will be on his own time. Was very interesting hearing his trainer say he could tell Lonzo wasn't 100% because of how much he was sweating, yet still was proud of what he gave them that first workout. Then the energy he had in the 100 degree heat in Chino Hills for the 4 hours the Lakers were there.
is there any truth to this? I heard from a friend that said after the season ended, supposedly mgmt. open up the doors for players to come watch film and practice on their own time, Russell was the only one that never showed up.
Press Conference just send but you can re-watch it now, here: https://www.pscp.tv/Lakers/1BdGYvnNDRAJX
