Home town. Magic is running the show now. Not that clown Jim Buss and the former has a lot of respect around the league amongst players. George will have the ability to recruit other free agents to play with him. Also have to believe he'd love to play with Lonzo Ball.
WoW that's out of the PJax playbook. I can't see how PG starts the season with Indy he's 1000000% gone
Ok, well, if Pritchard indeed said those things, one thing is for sure, PG will not be a Pacer in 2017-18. That's for sure.
Sounds like there's almost no chance that Indy sends him to the Lakers with that sort of statement. This seems personal and Indy wants to ship him out to the best offer not from the Lakers. That might explain why this is taking so long, since to Indy our offer is DOA and not being seriously considered.
That actually sounded like PG put them in a hole Indy is gonna have major issues getting out of. No one is giving Indy substantial resources for a guy who is leaving in a year. He has to send him to LA somehow, and I think they are taking 3 or 4 team deal. There is no other way.
Ugh, I can't even look at this thread right now. It's clear they have zero intentions of doing George any favors and sending him to us, sounds personal. I'm ok with not getting George right now, but I don't want him traded somewhere really good where he wins a lot and decides to stay.
I don't like the animosity that some of these owners and general managers show toward their star if they decide to leave. PG gave Indiana good production. He has a right to move on to further his career. Why not just hep make the situation work for all involved through a trade. But no need to start bad mouthing the player. Maybe your organization should have done a better job. This is just like when LeBron left Cleveland and Gilbert laid into LeBron. Just shows you that your organization don't give a damn about you, just produce and stay shackled to the team. Maybe Indiana is so bitter that they don't want to put PG in the situation he wants with the Lakers.
