    So the Lakers want to trade the #2 pick (to get the #10 pick), Randle, and indirectly Russell (to get the #27 pick) so we can get PG a year early? If that happens, I'm officially off the Magic and Rob bandwagon and I owe Mitch a huge apology for being angry at him and thinking it was a good idea to let him go.

    This is just absurd to see the Lakers give away all of our young assets for pennies on the dollar when there is no pressing need to do so.

    I've been lurking for the past couple of years but figured I should chime in here. To start with, I'm not a fan of the Russell trade at least not on the surface. They should have had the PG trade lined up otherwise it seems we got rid of one of our prospects for a salary dump and a late draft pick. But who knows maybe they got word from Lebron or Cousins that they plan to sign with us next season (if we actually do get George) and that's why they were antsy to make the move.

    We're just basically throwing away everything. Literally EVERYTHING. Magic should've traded the entire Laker Team for PG and get it over with.
