    i've assumed for a long time that he had serious off-court issues (said as much on these forums earlier today), but still...talent and stuff...

    i suppose he could be a shawne williams or a vin baker type, in which case this move makes sense. but man, it's hard to keep that level of shenanigans under wraps, particularly in la.

    I'm right there with you. I'm upset but only because this is a shock and not the deal we all expected or wanted. I thought D'Angelo was frustrating, annoying, and entitled much of the time. I also thought I was completely wrong about his talent level and I accepted that he was the right choice in the draft from that perspective. I still never liked the way he conducted himself in interviews, on the court, or in basically any setting I'd seen him in.

    I'm not happy he's gone for Brook Lopez though. If we don't turn these picks into George, then this is a bad deal regardless of his flaws.

    I agree, I feel like we have to trade these late picks for George. I know the idea of George teaming up with another star in LA has to get him excited, but didn't he also not want us to trade anyone?

    I sort of agree with others that something must of been wrong with dlo i was looking forward to a ball-dlo duo going on. id much rather have randle traded than him as i think his ceiling is much higher than randle's but i wasn't against trading him but it was for basically a pack of skittles and a hope that the skittles inside were actually little diamonds... i have no doubt that we will somehow get pg here but to entice lebron here over clipps? Magic has quite the balls ...

    I go offline for 30 minutes come back to this.

    One thing I REALLY like about this: did not hear even a single hint about it until it was a done deal. Neither Magic or Rob leaked anything about this.

    What I don't like:
    We just became a significantly worse 3pt team.
    We did not get value.

    What better be next:
    Please move Lopez on to the Pacers. Please.
