Imagine if every player in college and the NBA or all pro level sports thought it was important we knew they were doing Summer workouts....

Like someone else said, "This is news?"

And "oh yeah, go ahead and publish that clip where you basically call me a wuss"

    These kids....

i guess i've been viewing these releases as a cry for help. julius is obviously being held in some central american prison, and the workout brags are coded messages to get him the f*** out of there.

this is clearly russell's fault, and only ball can save him.

If Ball was in a prison, he'd probably be pretty popular.

I don't agree with it, but in this day and age, every little thing is "news" especially if you're a Laker and its the offseason. It's magnified for Russell because of the Nick Young thing even though they've both made peace with each other.

It's like those knobs on Facebook who have to tell you they are checking in at the gym followed with a post like "Getting it" or "Iron Strong" or some stupid s*** like that. And then when you see them, they are still fat.

My youngest brother just started doing these posts as a joke. "Doesn't count if you don't tweet it."

Blake at his peak? WTF he's only actually played 2 years and has 3-5 more years until he reaches his peak. Who is Blake at his peak athletically with good skills besides Lebron? That said what has all that ever gotten Blake besides 2nd round exits. Maybe Randle in 3 years has more of the right stuff. Maybe not. Doesn't make what Julius is in the league physically already unimpressive.

I'm not talking basketball right now lol.. just pure body physique. I was originally reflecting on the pic Trodgers posted but then noticed it was from 2015.

still don't like the catapult action on the shot. like a golf swing, you need to be minimizing the motion, as it minimizes opportunities for things to go awry. in fact, when my shot goes off, the first thing i think about is whether i'm cocking it too much or otherwise overly involving the arms.

It's sad to see Julius has so few shirts to wear. Maybe we could pitch in and buy him some clothes.

Was coming in here to post this. Impressive and it makes me that much more wanting us to keep Randle and not trade him so that we can see what he can turn into.

But I guess Magic did have a reason to bring up the body fat toward the end of the year.
