@MonsterMash32 i hope this at least feels like a little justice for what Deandre Jordan did to the Mavs this summer.

Grant Hill made the 2010 WCF with the Suns if I remember correctly.

You're right, he did as a role player. Tmac made it to the Finals with SA, but he was an end of the bench cheerleader by that point in his career.

I was impressed by the C-bags 2nd half on both ends ... They won't be on fire from 3 every game but I don't see the Wizards advancing to the ECF .

Not sure if Lou was willing to go to WASH but the Wizards 2nd unit could have used him to say the least ... instead they have Brandon Jennings

The main knock on Paul is his unwillingness to take over as a scorer whereas he's totally capable of it .

He's relunctant to go for 40 in key playoffs games because he's known/seen as a traditional unselfish PG .

His other main weakness : He has had trouble staying healthy during his post season career

I said ten years on their careers.

And I don't really care what Jordan did. I don't think he's a game changer anyway.

Smart move. They ruin careers. Still disappointed in my Longhorn.

    West Semi-Finals:
    (1) Golden State Warriors vs (5) Utah Jazz
    - Warriors in 5, I think Utah can steal the first game due to rest/rusty Warriors.
    (2) San Antonio Spurs vs (3) Houston Rockets
    - Spurs in 7? Will LMA show up, will Kawhi and Green be able to slow down Harden? Spurs are disciplined defensively and that will come in handy with all of Rockets' shooters.

    East Semi-Finals:
    (1) Boston C Bags vs (4) Washington Wizards
    - Wizards in 6 or 7. I think Wall is the best player in this series but Boston does have the defensive guards though. Think this one is a toss up.
    (2) Cleveland Cavaliers vs (3) Toronto Raptors
    - Cavs in 6. Toronto added Ibaka and Tucker, I think, for this matchup. It allows them to match up with small ball line up and have more bodies to throw at Lebron. Please give them a challenge and not just roll over.

I don't know. The thing that might keep Griffin there is that extra year the Clippers can offer. The dude is made of glass. Not sure I'd take the chance if I were him.

If Ballmer were smart, he wouldn't offer Chris Paul a contract. Let him walk. He'll be getting paid 40 million dollars a year at age 35 and 36. The Clippers aren't going to get better, only worse. Either that or sign them all and then unload everyone at the trade deadline to get some pieces back.

They should re-sign and trade all of their pieces. As it is, I personally believe Ballmer and the team will let Griffin walk to Miami. For him the extra year will get off-put by lax taxes in Florida and his other endorsement deals.

They've already offered Chris Paul a 200 million dollar contract. My understanding is it just has to be signed. That being said, if Griffin walks and I'm Chris Paul I'm looking around wondering why I'm even there? What is the point? To babysit DeAndre Jordan? To drag the coach's kid to the Playoffs? If I were him I'd seriously consider greener pastures elsewhere even if I have to take less. The caveat of course is that Chris Paul just passed legislature that lets him have this huge contract. He did it specifically for this reason so I don't see him leaving now. He should, but I don't see it. That's why I said dark horse chance.

Yeah. Sign and trade would be great for all of them. You might even be able to attach Crawford or Austin's deals to one of them. That'd be a weird sight. Clippers trade away all their stars in a two month span before the trade deadline. Chris Paul might be untradeable though. I know he's still really good, but that's a lot of money to either absorb or make work with salaries.

After she did all that work getting in shape and looking the best she probably ever had. Maybe Lamar would take her back. She did good by him with the concern and support when he almost killed himself. Props to her for that, even while involved with T.T.

the clips are about to be a lesson in sunk costs. they're going to be in current lakerville very soon, but with zero titles to show for it.

but they can't let anyone walk, and they won't be able to get anything of value back in trade after those big deals are signed. game over, imo.

I think they could find a taker for DeAndre pretty easily if they wanted to. He'd be fantastic for the Raptors. I think there would be takers for Griffin too, like a small market team that has one star already but knows they can't attract a second. OKC, Indy, maybe even Washington would be interested. But Paul (even though he is far and away the best of the 3) is older and has a ridiculous contract.

Neglecting the fact that her, and family very possibly contributed to that.

I can't imagine it helped. That type of media attention is likely exhausting.

We won a couple championships (or was it just one?) while Lamar was with her. He seemed happy enough all that while. It all fell apart when Lakers traded him for Chris Paul. And then you guys brutalized him in Dallas.
