How would the NBA feel if somehow we end up with something like Houston vs Washington for the Finals?
I desperately want to see either Toronto or Washington. I don't care about the West representative as much, except I still haven't become a Spurs fan.
Blazers are shredding the Warriors defense. I still laugh when people put them as ridiculously high favorites and say Cleveland can't beat them.
Cleveland has a chance because LeBron will be the best player on the court. But I still think GS takes it.
Warriors scraping for every little point against a two man offensive Blazer team missing key players? Not good.
Draymond was all of the difference last year of GS winning again. Lebron was smart getting him suspended.
Curry is a mental midget and KD is Bron's b****. Im not saying Cavs will win 4-0 but to think they have no chance against the Dubs is ridiculous.
Warriors had no answer for CJ and he was just making shots, LeBron is all the defense the Cave need to slice up the Warriors. Outside of Draymond I agree the Warriors lack toughness and edge. Defensively they go when Draymond goes and that's it. I don't know why people can't see the many holes in their team. All the Cavs need is LeBron to be a playmaker and that's enough to beat the Warriors or at least make them struggle. They couldn't even clamp down on CJ and Damian, and Damian didn't go off like he could have.
Dang, I wish the Bulls had played the Cavs, they swept them in the regular season, I think they would have given them a fight as much as Indiana if not more. I think they knew what they were doing resting and getting the 2nd seed.
As I mentioned in the 2016-17 Award Discussion thread, where I said Draymond for Defensive Player of the Year award was the easiest of any of the awards this year. I dare anyone to give it to anyone else. Gobert is the best shot blocker in the game. But Draymond guards positions 1-5 and has actually made game savings plays/wins on the defensive end during the regular season. Oh and he looked pretty good today in Game 1 on that end of the floor.
Ideally I would like a Jazz vs Bucks finals but that's not going to happen. -This might be Wall's best season yet but man, East's 4/5 matchups are never fun to watch. -CJ and Lillard gave the Warriors quite a scare today but I'm not sure if they can be this hot every game. Draymond really is the X factor for them and cannot afford another suspension against the Cavs. -It's hard not to root for IT under the circumstances, he played a great game. This could be a very good series. -And obviously, Rockets would put a beat down on the Thunder.
