You don't coach flawlessly, for a rookie coach, the first 20 games and then not know how to coach after. Something happened. Looks internal.

I've heard commentators calling Pac-12 games say that Lonzo doesn't really talk that much. They did say that once you get to know him he opens up more. But this doesn't sound like the alpha mentatlity/dog we're looking for. I'm not saying that this means Lonzo can't be our leader or a good one at that, but I am saying from everything I have read and heard he's not a vocal guy which sounds similar to the personalities that we already have on this team.

It's true, he doesn't talk much for sure. I'm a Bruin and have watched him many times this year and he's not vocal in that way. But he's still a leader. He controls everything out there. Jason Kidd didn't talk much either. Ball leads by example. Alpha may not be the right term here but he's the guy dictating the action. Is Lebron an Alpha? I don't know. But with the right guys he won championships. I think if you put Ball with Russell that would be a good complementary pairing. Talky guy and not talky guy running the show from the guard positions.

Jason Kidd didn't talk that much to the press. But behind closed doors and in practice he was vocal and made himself heard. Quiet guys don't become head coaches in the NBA.

If Lonzo is like Kidd or Stockton in the sense that he talks to people he knows (teammates) and not people he doesn't (media members) then I'm okay with that. But a PG has to have some communication ability.

Last night's scuffle could be a turning point in the team's growth. How they responded (pushing and play afterward) and Lukes comments backing up his players.

Luke's going to be happy to lose that cash if it means his team fights both literally and figuratively like this for the rest of the season and beyond.

It is not easy but a good way to separate the keepers from trade material.

You would break your Nintendo switching as many times as the Lakers are unnecessarily on D
