While I think Zu has tremendous promise, I'm not sure I can see him in the top 50 just yet. Or, I can understand not seeing him in the top 50. BTW, Tarik Black just misses the age cutoff on this list - as he's 25 and 88 days. Lakers are stacked with young talent.

Larry is being complimentary and very classy. I get it. However a talent like that would have had a spot virtually on any of the other 29 teams. Sorry. If Larry's body holds up, he is going to be a stud.

Anyone know what's up with Lance? Is he still injured and just not talking about it? Kid has disappeared recently.

I think the former mayor had the video removed.

Does anyone know what's the matter with Nance? I mean, he'd been about as consistent as a young player could be for his entire (albeit short) career until the last few games. He still puts in effort, but damn. What happened to him?

He's not the kind of guy that will put up crazy numbers but he does the little things out there. I feel like he goes as the team goes, if they are lost, his effort doesn't really stand out.

I said it somewhere: his limitations have been exposed and the selfishness of some of our other players (Clarkson comes to mind) really limits Nance's effectiveness. Nance can't defend well around the perimeter because his feet are too slow. He has a hard time sliding to stay in front. He's also a little too small to play Center inside where he gets swallowed up by bigger, stronger players. Teams are just stacking the inside against us and daring Nance (and Randle) to shoot. Since one of them are the ones shooting, they can't rebound. The problem is compounded because our guards don't defend in transition, so we have to abandon the offensive glass most games in order to have four players back to stop fast breaks (which doesn't even work sometimes).

Nance is a nice bench player, but that's all he is. There was a thought early in the season that he might be better than Julius, but he's not as talented and it has shown over the course of the year. I'd view him as a really solid guy to have around the bench to come in and create a spark.

Nance is a great glue and hustle guy off the bench. I'm pleased with his play at the 4. I don't really dig him as a small ball 5 since he can't shoot. I like him paired up with Tarik Black. He's never been starting material IMO and I've said so all season. I love having him here though in the backup role.

DLO's game winner, Ennis' 20 points, and Metta's performance will probably overshadow what Larry did tonight, but he made a lot of very important plays down the stretch to seal the win. Offensive rebounds, blocked shots, full court passes, and doing the intangibles to help us win this game.

    10 points, 10 rebounds, 6 assists, 1 steal, 2 blocks

Absolutely. He did not start this game off well at all, he was fumbling the ball all over and getting beat on defense pretty bad. But that's what's great about Larry, he does not stop, he does not quit, he doesn't have to have a polished game to make his impact felt in the end.
