The fact that I want to trade Mozgov is a testament to what kind of game Zu played and is capable of...aka we don't need Moz.:MozgovYell:
His Pick in Roll defense will probably be worse than Moz's, but I don't really care at this point. Playoffs are out of the question, we have to develop our youth, and see what we have and start showcasing our talent to other teams.
Mitch has really hit a HR with the 2nd round picks in Jordan and Zu. If I have any complaint about Luke, it's that he hasn't given Zu enough minutes. No reason not to give him 5 a game early in the year and allow him to increase based on positive play. You can only learn so much watching from the bench.
And you can only progress so much playing against D-League level talent. It was okay to get him some conditioning down there, but he needs exposure to the big league. I actually wouldn't mind running Tarik, who's build more like a PF, next to Zu, while Nance is out. With Zu's range, Tarik can camp inside for those offensive boards. Defensively, that's a solid rebounding threat.
5-15 shooting Trade filler Only positive +/- on the team. I didn't get to watch, but sounded like the impact was noticeable.
Zubac could be the worse player in the league and I gladly still trade Moz for a bag of skittles but no one in the league is stupid enough to trade anything of value for Mozgov at this rate
He's legit. Dude is a baller; love the minutes he's getting, and he's producing. Very excited about his future.
just start all the young guys, deng/mozgov aint helping us win. Might as well see what Ingram/Zu is capable of as consistent starters
