Incredible, can't stand the guy but DAMN. I knew he will have some triple doubles and "nice" games but he is exceding every expectation i had. First player in the NBA history with 50-15-15. Also, he tied Wilt for most points with a triple double in NBA history.
MDA offense fits his game PERFECTLY ... Anderson and Gordon abilities to catch and shoot from way downtown increase the spacing even more . I thought they will struggle without Capela constant rolling to the hoop but Harell has been good . They are sure going to keep destroying 20+ NBA defenses playing this way
i knew harden would put up video game numbers this year with dantoni, but i thought they'd win less doing it. of course, i was also expecting gordon and anderson to miss half the season like they normally do, but they've been remarkably healthy. anyway, can't stand harden, dantoni, or most of the houston roster and organization (morey--ick, announcers--my gawd), so their crazy early success has made this season even more nightmarish for me.
i hope so; i really like davis and his game. sucks that a clown like harden is indestructible while davis is plagued by injuries. much rather watch davis play.
The Kardashian Kurse isn't through with him. Not one bit. For reference, Reggie Bush finished the season with -3 yards.
the Rockets are really surprising... I still believe Mike D didn't get his fair shake as the Lakers head coach... he had to deal with Kobe who demanded minutes... some injuries... and a pathetic, crybaby Dwight... I remember we had that really good start with Mike D as our coach when we had a bunch of nobodies playing really well... Xavier Henry, Wesley Johnson, and to be honest, forgot the rest of the roster... lol.
The 2012-2013 roster was old, had players past their prime who never accepted and done what MDA asked them to do ( D12 and Gasol), completely washed up or injured ( Nash/Metta). A few years later , D12 isn't a factor anymore , complained and left another team for the same reasons and Pau accepts doing what MDA asked him for ... Popovich
Sooo ..... the Rajon Rondo affair in Chicago is over already? No more love from the coach? Wow that didn't take long. Reports that he may ask for a trade if he has to continue coming off the bench?
Rockets are certainly exceeding expectations. To put things into perspective. The Lakers made a season high 17 threes in the game vs Memphis. I think 20 is the franchise record. Houston is averaging almost 17 threes a game.
He's not even coming off the bench, racking up those DNP CD. He wants to be the primary ball handler on a playoff team. Technically he kind of did sign up for that even with Jimmy Butler there, Rondo was going to be the PG. And then they went and signed Wade and then traded for MCW. Wonder who takes Rondo now...
