Considering we are a little short handed, I think Nance could be playing tomorrow.

It was a knee contusion. I believe the Lakers are just taking precautions. I think he gets reevaluated, the knee checks out, and he plays...

honestly, might as well sit him. this one's a blowout loss, maybe even with everybody healthy, as houston is smarting from that season-opening loss and on a roll right now.

walton's inner popovich should tell him to sit anyone who's slightly banged up, including randle and nance. play trob 40 minutes and take the l. try to win the three after this one.

See and you thought it was going to be a blowout. It was a moral victory. :Crazyartest:

The first angle on the dunk at the start of that clip ..... LOL watch Scola and the Nets bench's reactions.

The leaping ability is well documented, but that crossover has me looking twice. He hasn't shown the ability to handle and create, but if he can do that more often we're in good shape.

Even though I love randle and want him to be great, I wouldn't be all that sad if we traded randle for a young all star like butler, George, cousins etc because we have Larry Nance Jr! He's still young, still can get stronger and improve on his jumper and handles every off season, him and Ingram are our best defensive players so he's starting material.

we wouldn't be mad if we traded randle for those guys, but chicago, indy, and sac would be super pissed.

i like nance a lot and have even suggested he should probably start over randle. that said, he does get a little bit of the backup qb bump from the fans, i think. his jumper is as suspect as randle's, and he also can disappear for stretches. still, though, amazing hit for a late first round pick. love his motor and savvy.

Nance's biggest issue to be a starter is that he is injury prone due to his style of playing basketball.

I think he is better suited long term as a super sub.

Once his jumper improves he won't be as injury proned due to stretching the floor, less contact inside.
