if by "might have been", he means: had you extended his incredibly brief prime over 15 years, he would have been in the conversation...i might agree. but longevity matters. gilbert arenas put in a couple of great seasons. harden will do that, too. these aren't all-time greats.

The whole organization is suprisingly quiet about his injury...

 

He's actually supposed to be evaluated today so hopefully we'll hear something.

 

maybe they just want him to be 100% and not rush things?

he probably hid this injury, played on it, and paid for it.

yeah, we've dropped a few games, but this is a long run game for us. playoffs would be a stretch, but we've already shown the league that we're no slackers either. just be patient with these injuries.

 

oh, i want the team to be cautious here, for sure. it's just that usually when there's silence about a knee issue, it's more serious. a lot of times long periods of fan confusion are punctuated by things like microfracture.

 

We're on 12 days since the 2-3 week timetable was announced.

 

We'll probably get injury reports for everyone today, maybe a little before the game.
