He didn't really have possession of the ball, bobbled it to control it, then shot it.

If that would've been over the bigger distance, yes, that would've been a travel. But it was like tipping it to himself.

He's playing really well this season, but I am impressed with his defense. He finally realized what can be done with that length and athleticism on the defensive end. Props!

He's arguably our best two-way player.

Those youtube or other type of video clips of how hard he trained with the resistance, the sand, medicine ball and the hard cardio drills is how he's transformed himself. Really, really wanted to stay in L.A. and a Laker but knew he would have be trying to make some other squad in a different city.

This is a good note... Maturity on both their parts for the good of the team and as people.

Nick and Lou would cost each at least 15M/year in today NBA. Happy we kept them. When you get respect from coach it changes the way you play. Thank you Byron !!

Combined rate for him and Lou is a crazy steal and should have everyone shutting up about Moz/Dengs salaries. The end lol.

With Deng getting 18mil? Oh in Laker pay it should be well into the 20's. Each. In all seriousness, it's actually hard to imagine anybody short of a few superstars doing a better job given the same opportunity as these two. Hell Lou is actually playing some defense too.

Nick playing O and D is a joy to watch. I wonder if he is thinking of what could have been if he had this attitude and coach years ago? I think he will be satisfied to have his fun, and have the rewards now for his hard work in the pre-season.

He is odd in that he has obviously put in hard work on his shooting (I don't believe it is all "swag"), but never had that holistic view of the game, trying to be supreme at everything like Kobe.

The old swaggy would have made the "steal" and missed the 3 (0 for 6 in go ahead shots in the last minutes of the game previously)

The pin on the lower left extremity of the Lakers doll got Nick's 2nd toe jammed and sprained. Questionable for Warriors tonight. Per Tania Ganguli L.A. Times. [IMG]
