Let me help: Serbia is not cold in general. Bosnia-Herzegovina and Slovenia have more mountainous regions then most former Yugoslav republics, so it can get cold over there. Think Colorado, for example. Southern, coastal regions of Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro are basically California. As Kenzo said, Croatian coast is a must-visit if you're in Europe during summer months, it's gorgeous. Finally, Zubac is originally from a small Bosnian town of Mostar. That place is interesting in terms of climate. It's close to the coast, so it can get pretty hot over there. Over 105F in the summer for sure. It's a warm place in general. Think Oklahoma or Texas for example.
I have a friend from Serbia - we've already talked through the numerous misconceptions about Serbia, but I still don't know much about Croatia, and we (Americans) group them together mentally for obvious (but wrong) reasons.
I would have liked to see Zubac vs Nose Candy Cousins this last game. His day will come, and I'm sure this is keeping him hungry.
Zubac needs some strempf and seasoning before he goes toe to toe against the big boys on a nightly basis, but it's coming.
I don't remember hearing anything about Zu hurting his back. Zubac on the mend Lakers rookie center Ivica Zubac was inactive for the game against the Pelicans, but went through Friday’s light practice and did some on-court work before the game. Zubac was listed as doubtful on the Lakers injury report because of a sore back, but didn’t have any issues with the injury after Friday’s practice. http://www.latimes.com/sports/lakers/la-sp-lakers-report-20161112-story.html
