I was snickering when the opposing coaches where miked up with 'Antoni preaching (begging for) multiple stops on defense while Walton was praising his team for showing physicality.

remember it's a media vote...any d****** thing can happen. but yeah, putting up video game stats on borderline playoff teams has never done it before. if harden gets it, we can officially start ignoring the award. the gs guys splitting those votes will definitely open the door for someone unexpected to get it. i think the media is tired of giving it to lebron, even though he'll likely deserve it again. i'm hoping for a real upset and kawhi leonard swiping both dpoy and mvp.
Very early MVP: Kawhi. That guy does EVERYTHING for the Spurs. Score, boards, defense... wow! A very well rounded player just hitting his prime.
If I recall correctly, Lakers had a bead on Leonard...until the Spurs pulled the Hill trade that netted him for them.

Houston winning on a Harden FT is prime example why some people still harp on the NBA being completely rigged. Absolutely ridiculous finish. Shoulda let them play considering the Mavs made a good come back in the 2nd half.
