Thought the guy who went after Dlo was the most physical on Ingram

The sky is the limit for this kid. I love what Luke is focusing on w/him, though; DEFENSE. Lock down your position(s) you're guarding. He has the potential to be a Kawahi, P. George, Butler, first team all NBA defender, IMO.

I wonder if that will stick with him? Like Magic was Buck, Kobe the Black Mamba. Tiny Dog. For short TD? Tiny? It's kind of fun though.

How many pounds will that take.... he may never get there. Maybe if he ever hits 215 by the time he's almost 6' 11"?

The shots will fall eventually, he's too skilled a shooter for them not to. The defense is what impressed, that length man, he gave Casspi fits, which I love because I can't stand that guy.

Totally agree, Weezy. I wasn't worried about the shooting, it'll come. I loved his D, and I love how smooth he plays out there. He knows where to be and plays a team game. The difference between his and say Randle's B-ball IQ is sadly huge. I wish Randle "got it" like Ingram does. He knows how to space the floor, he knows how to set up his teammates and make plays.

Yeah.. I'm not worried about his poor shooting night at all.. Hi Defense looked good. He also looked good pushing the ball & in transition.
Excited to watch this kid develop.

I wasn't impressed either. As a number 2 pick...he should be better than that, regardless of weight etc.

Shooting 0-5 is pretty unacceptable for any NBA player. He couldn't hit shots during the summer league either so its on him to find ways to be effective.

These games mean nothing and it is his first taste of NBA basketball so I'll give him a pass for now. But once the season starts, I expect better results.

Please preach to our other lottery picks. It seems we're getting more production from our 2nd round and undrafted players.

LOL. With these kind of expectations, it's going to be a long season? I guess people have very short memories. Paul George stunk it up his first 2 years in the NBA. He broke out in his third year, and I'm sure I can find plenty of other examples.
