Denver isn't too far off from Portland these days. Highly recommend visiting it. There's a lot of Californians there so it's not hard to find Lakers fans. The games were always a blast because Denver fans absolutely HATED Kobe for obvious reasons.
I have a relative in Colorado and I agree with your sentiments. I hear medical botanists make a business killing there. Clarkson is the first domino among the young core to fall for the Lakers financially. Randle and Russell are due next so without getting into the nitty gritty of the cap, I reckon Laker brass should be able to manage keeping all of them together not even counting Nance. Ingram is a bit aways but we'll cross that bridge when we get there. Good for JC...
1. super pumped about jc's signing. 2. portland seems like a really cool place...but i'm not sure i represent most nba players. i doubt lillard is touting the craft beer and avant garde folk music.
Clarkson will eventually get traded unfortunately when Westbrook signs as part of the future Boogie trade Feels like just yesterday I was praying he would pan out to something.
We have some pretty serious offensive talent. I'm looking forward to seeing how Luke reigns it into a system, and gets them playing defense. We may surprise some people.
Agree... We should surprise people if Walton gets them to buy into that side of the ball. No reason to believe they will try...young enough and should be good enough. So far, Brown has been solid though he can't score to save his life, Ingram has been steady... The second unit will have issues.
