No, no, no. The "LOL" guy...
I was fooled by the Dubs as well. Only difference being, i had a strange faith in Kang this time. It is/was disguisting... But my gut was right :(.

I just want to re-post my thoughts as this thread progressed. I knew the Cavs weren't underdogs, I knew everyone was writing LeBron off, I knew the refs would play a factor, and I blame all of you mocking LeBron as this series went on for playing into the narrative. I begged you to not play with jinx fire, but no, you wouldn't listen. Thanks a lot.

You guys never cease to crack me up

Did a quick search on fires in Cleveland, but nothing to report yet. It's early.

Funny thing is Peyton was kind of the LeBron of the NFL. Hailed as one of the greatest ever before having the rings. Peyton's a way classier act - or was - LeBron's gotten a lot classier since since the first half of his career.

Ok - now a chance to respond after processing what just went down. Damnit Warriors, you really lost this one yourselves.

Tonight's Warrior's truly embodied the sentiment, "live by the 3, die by the 3". Except we've never really see them die by it. Tonight we did. 15-41. In pure percentages, that's decent. But it doesn't tell the whole story......GSW wholeheartedly RELIED on the 3 tonight and were absolutely murdered by it. Where was the attack at the rim? Instead they hopelessly relied on big 3's....shots they hit in the past and usually nailed. Not tonight.

Where were the 2's? Where was the attack for the layups? Steph will get murdered for his performance but Klay was equally trash tonight. Shot just as poorly as Curry minus the last two 3's in the final seconds. It would've been great to see them penetrate and kick. Their offense was MIA tonight and they lost their composure. It was ugly tonight.

I credit Cleveland for disrupting GSW with their switching, ball pressure, and staying big when GSW went small. But damn, the Warriors played right in their hand. Steve Kerr was outcoached. I credit Kyrie Irving for his magical shot making in the 2nd half. JR Smith for starting the 3rd quarter and making GSW's lead disappear instantly. And LeBron James for his crucial block.

Look I thought the refereeing between games 4-7 was poor. It was very obvious that the NBA took liberties on 50/50 calls towards decisions that would extend the series. No Draymond in game 5 was huge. Game-changing. I thought Kyrie had a real shot at Finals MVP. But at the end of the day the Warriors gave it away. They had a game 7 at home. You can't ask for more. They didn't adjust to the Cavs and as a result we were forced to watch LeBron James hoist his 3rd trophy.

Congrats Mr. James, I respect you. You're really really good but I'll never look at you the way most everyone else does.

What an epic meltdown for the Warriors...

I was irritated all year as everyone kept saying how Curry is the best closer since MJ and how clutch he is yada yada...

my butt. For the second consecutive year he wasn't really able to come through. Kobe would have maybe lost too...but he would have gone 5-35 from the floor and left no bullet in the chamber.

Also Steve Kerr should be ashamed. He got outcoached by Ty Lue fair and square.

Yep. The momentum shifted when Kerr foolishly put Ezeli back in, who gave up 3 FT's to lebron

Certainly Bogut injury and Green bogus suspension helped LeBron but its still a major choke job to not be able to win 1 in 3 when 2 are home games. sorry.

Best post of these latest pages by far .

Kobe fans are so caught up in the Kobe- Lebron useless debate , some of them would prefer the C-bags to win it all over Lebron ( which was written on clublakers back in 11 and 12 during the Foston-Miami series).

They should watch Kobe performances in the Finals again too ...

I just watched JR Smith's post-game interview and that really affected me. One of my uncles has been saying throughout these playoffs that JR Smith is a thug who doesn't care about winning and will never accomplish anything. His son, my cousin and essentially my brother, screwed up and got a DUI a year ago. Nobody got hurt but himself. He's fine now. It was a stupid decision, but he's learned and grown from it. But the way JR talked emotionally about how his family never thought he'd amount to anything, how they yelled at him and cried with him, that hit me. I'm happy for the guy.
