Super Passive Lebron returns. I really think he only went all out last year because he knew the narrative would support him anyway because of the all the injuries.

Through 2 games Finals MVP for me is Green. Game 1 as you say he was under the radar, but really he was right there with Iggy as far as impact on the game. He was after every single board, absolutely battling in the paint, and if he wasn't getting the rebound himself he was tipping it to others. He was also playing defense and just smart overall, same this game. But that's through 2 games. I still fully expect Cleveland to win 1, if not both games in Cleveland. Their role players and Kevin Love/Irving are night and day home vs road, and I have how GS played in games 3 and 4 last series still fresh in my mind as well. I'm assuming Love will play next game at least, even though he's not returning to this one due to concussion protocol. I sure hope he plays, I don't want LeBron having any injured teammate excuses. In reality if they lose, it's a lot on him, and it's that he picked the wrong horses to back, and that's why you don't let your star player be GM.

I think Super Curry will make at least one appearance in Cleveland.

Like I said before, Cavs are out matched. Really hope they get swept (with love returning) to emphasize how pathetic the east is.

Cavaliers are done. Stick a fork in them. Like I said all along this isn't the Leastern Conference. They're simply in a different world and right on Q when the going gets tough LeCasper is back in the fold. Had the Warriors in 7, but now don't see them losing more than a game.

When JVG said, "At what point do you say that Cleveland just doesn't have enough weapons?"

(Picks up keys, gets in truck, drives to Oracle, slaps him across his face)

Seriously. Get that statement/excuse out of here.

I have to give the Warriors credit they've made LeBron try to beat them other ways because they know his jump shot isn't there like it used to be and he's been ineffective.

But (I know this is cliche to say) The Cavs head back home, and they are a different team at home with the fan base behind them who are desperate for a title.

LeBron has played with at least two All Stars the last five years basically. How much help does the guy need? Kobe was able to win two championships with just one All Star. Obviously Shaq was a superstar, but there was no third star on those teams. The excuses for the King are endless and annoying.

I know right! Kobe one won titles with Shannon Brown and Trevor Ariza, think about it. I'm starting to think the "Make your teammates better" thing is overrated too. I think having a leader and a emotional player is much more accurate to fueling the entire team. Lakers had that in Magic. Lakers had that in Kobe and Derek Fisher. The Bulls had that in Jordan and Rodman. Warriors have that in Draymond.

Cavs don't have an emotional leader, LeBron just isn't there. His mental lapses transfers onto his on the court game as well.

Enough weapons? Highest payroll in the NBA, 3 All-Stars, guard shooters, big man shooters, defenders, set the record for threes in a playoff game this postseason, come on with this. Yeah, the East sucks, but the Cavs don't, you either get it done or you don't.

Steph shot the ball well they just didn't need him or Klay to be super heroes. Draymond deserves game ball for the day.

Well, this was supposed to be an epic Finals according to all the tv analysts I watched. GS trying to silence doubters saying they got lucky last season, LeBron out for revenge. Through 2 games it's a crap Finals. I expect much more competetive games in Cleveland for the reasons I mentioned, role players and Irving/Love are better there, plus some home cookin from the refs. Still, I hope I'm wrong, I'd love nothing more than to see a healthy Cavs team get swept or go down in 5. The visual and stat of Kobe being 5-2 in the Finals and LeBron being 2-5 is too good, I need it to happen. But then of course I've already started to hear analysts like Michael Smith say that ring count is overrated when discussing greatness and that 2-5 shouldn't be counted against LeBron and it's more impressive that he got there that much and he can't win with the teams he's had and blah blah blah.

People won't start telling the truth about Lebron until the end of his career, and they realize that with all the hoopla he only managed two championships. Until then he will continue to get EVERY excuse. Going back to Cleveland REALLY helped the narrative for him
