The LB Blogs section!!

We have some fantastic members of LB with great writing skills. In the LB Blog, you can talk about the Lakers and NBA topics in depth, and really get a chance to flesh out your thoughts on a topic. If you have a topic you'd like to explore, and you think you can make a great blog about the topic, just message me. Once you have your first blog approved, you will have access to create a blog anytime you think of a great topic.

Luke says he's focussed on other things besides winning. Trying out big and small lineups, seeing who works well with whom, etc. But you know these guys are dying to break out and rid the stench from the Lakers franchise of the last 3 pre and regular seasons. As well other teams will be doing the same as Luke.

First up tomorrow night the Kings. Woohoo!! Lakers basketball is finally back after the long gap once again from no playoffs through the nail biting of the lottery, draft, free agency and all the hard work on their own time and in camp with Luuke.

Do we have a shot at winning this game?

I think they are going to be huge for us this year, literally and figuratively. A very nice 4 big men to have to rotate out there as Luke sees various advantages to be had, cover for foul trouble and hopefully nothing worse than minor injuries to anyone as the season wears on.

Mozgov, Zubac, Yi and Black. Black "may" be a sleeper this year, watch Day 3 footage at camp of those guys and a there's a little bit of a Dream Shake from Tarik with a coordinated left handed release. Also see him dropping some Js. They can all use both hands very well. I "expect" Zubac to be a huge sleeper for us. Maybe as we watch the rotations with them and how Luke has them playing ..... a nickname will surface.

Media Day is coming up on Monday the 26th, figured there should be a thread for all the pics/comments.

I'll be there with Lakers Nation and I'll do my best to get some solid quotes from the guys that I get a chance to speak with.
