So bleacher report back at it again. Check the following article:

Even when they try to compliment the Lakers, it's always backhanded.

Oh but wait nobody can play with Kobe and no one has anything good to say about Kobe, Kobe doesn't make his team better.

Anyone else impressed with this kid? I think he's be solid these past couple of games. He can shoot, he has excellent speed and can take it to the basket. We def got two very good picks in the draft.

I crunch some numbers. One of them is Scoring Efficiency, a measure of how efficiently a player scores - pretty straightforward. Anything over 6 is good. 7+ is awesome.

Scoring Efficiencies from Preseason 1
Davis 7.86
Hil 6.41
Kobe 6.31
Nash 6.22
Clarkson 5.89
Johnson 5.48
Randle 5.25
Sacre 4.85
Boozer 4.65
Ellington 4.61
LIn 1.72

I'll post the passing, hustle efficiencies, and Synergy if I have a chance. Lots of grading to do today.

What a great pickup Boozer is for us.

Boozer's thoughts on Randle's first preseason game: LINK

He will prove to be a necessary veteran influence for Randle. He seems like a big brother to Randle. He is very well-spoken, and can still contribute. He will probably be the most under-appreciated player this season, and will probably give us many headaches due to his increasingly old-man play, but like I say, he is going to be crucial to Randle's development. Go Boozer!
