Thanks @Barnstable for leading the way and creating this place and environment where we can laugh, learn, and appreciate the Lakers together like we had done over at Clublakers. All the mods have been great too. We have quite an exciting future to look forward to!
I know you're kidding, but just to be extra clear. I love @vasashi17. He brings a lot to the table. He and I go way back so we are able to speak our mind to each other like men do.

Just reading about this in the L.A. Times this morning and it's crazy. No .... no .... not Time being honored in this manor (but congratulations on that!) .... rather l'm wondering if like all the employees at the shiny new Amazon offices in Seattle .... mods and administrators at the new LB campus are allowed to bring their dogs to work? It's a thing now in the tech space. More productivity, happier employees and less reason perhaps to take their talents to another company, or Lakers site in this case.

Moderator FatSam. That was back in the day the Laker threads were fantastic and the politics threads were absolutely sizzling then. In a way, I miss that, it's way too tame here, but maybe that is how Barnstable wants it. His site, his rules, no problem. Anyway, we actually used to get together somewhere to play ball in real life, I still have a few photos somewhere of those dastardly men. That was the most eloquent jlkr ever found anywhere. 4000+ posts worth and then phhhht!!! Moved over to CL, wasted another close to 4000 posts along with many interactions with the poster Who Shall Not Be Named. I actually spoke on the phone with him several times. When CL died, I was about to shed a tear then I realized I was wasting way too much time on social media, it had become such a TIME sink. So you see how many posts I have, that is intentional. And then I want to know whatever happened to my all time favorite Laker poster Sky, he was prolific on both LG and LT.
He got fed up if I recall with a poster or just his experience there and said he was done and he was. Quit. Didn't he live up in the Bay area? He was a favorite of mine too. Sure loved him some Marcus Banks when we had no great defenders besides Kobe after Shaq left, until they brought Ariza in.
Not really. I actually try to make LB less restrictive than CL was. LB is work friendly, but CL had to be family friendly which was way stricter. But I agree LB is more chill. I think it's just the difference of posters coming and going between the two sites that changed the vibe.
who else from CL is gone on here? Like I remember most of us transitioned to here from CL, but I’ve heard a few people self-banned because of LeBron and stuff like that, or just disappeared or whatever?
