He has a godly stroke. Kind of like Klay, but his release is slightly slower. But still... I am very excited to see what he can do this season.

This kid could be a huge, huge steal. If we have a knockdown shooter who plays tough D our chances of taking down GS are dramatically better. He has a mature game already, it's awesome.

Not sure if you noticed, but both are pretty pale too

    :Fishwink:

If our guy plays anywhere close to Peja, it’s highway robbery.

I'm still mystified that he lasted to 47, and that we drafted Bonga ahead of Svi.

If Svi turns into JJ Redick for this team his rookie year, league is going to be in trouble if everyone else does what they are predicting they are doing.

The NBA brotherhood in a nutshell. It’s how Bonga gets drafted over Svi

Brian Windbag and many others were laughing at us with our free agent signings because they said the Lakers had NO shooting to surround Lebron with. I'm thinking Svi will be proving them wrong. I'm also looking for good shooting from Hart and improvement from Ball and Ingram this year from three.

It was just our FO and draft guys being cocky that they found a diamond in the ruff again that no one else could see.

How hard is it really? A blind idiot can see, after watching 5 minutes of Svi, that he is much more than a Korver type. Even then -- see how good of a shooter he is.

I mean, there are 60 draft positions. Possibly 120 people who realistically belong.

    How hard is it?

What's crazy is how good the Lakers have been in the late rounds. Especially the 2nd round.

I was on him all along, but to be fair he didn't get the opportunities to look like this in college. They used him almost exclusively as a three and d player. He created very rarely and you'd have to watch him carefully to see his passing ability on a regular basis. Add in his poor length and the fact he played for 4 years and I bet you a lot of teams had him in the 40s to undrafted on their boards.

Well, he is an international player who went to college @ 16. I would imagine that 21 years olds who went through 4 years of college would be in demand, as they are much more mature and ready, and yet young enough (wth that matters for for these morons).

I think it's the opportunity cost for those 18 year old raw unproven dudes that tends to sway these people from taking Svis and Kuzmas of the world.

    Good. More for us.
