    Goes without saying...settles down the second unit. Nice to see him out there directing. There was one sequence where Davis was outrunning Chandler down the floor. Rondo saw it and did enough of a chip block to slow him down allowing Chandler to catch up. Can't teach that stuff.

    It was very good to have him back. I didn’t realize he’s been out 17 games, wow. Bench is more stable with him out there, and if we hope to make the playoffs and then make any noise in those playoffs we will need him.

    I like when he pushes in transition , it's another story when it is on halfcourt situations .

    He should never be on the floor with Lebron , it takes away the ball from LBJ hands which is incredibly stupid .

    It also means less responsabilities for Kuz and Zo , I don't like that either .

    Rondo has his utility but I don't think we' re a better team with him

    "Never" is some hyperbole and unrealistic and questionable anyways, not to mention the way LBJ's minutes are being managed in often playing entire 1st quarter would create problems? Can't be that bad of a thing.

    Amusing story by Burke of how Holiday being an avid Laker fan absolutely hated Rondo and saying he was heartbroken in 2008. They became teammates last season, loved him and now he's wearing our colors.

    This is why I always respected Rondo. Can't say I loved him in Boston uniform. But I respected him as a player, leader... he's gritty, he leads like Fisher. Great basketball mind. Please keep in ANY capacity.

    Playoff Rondo saved our a** today. When we gave up the lead in the 3rd after Lebron went out, I thought that was game over. This is exactly why we brought on Rondo.
