Yeah, I would much rather have the ball go through Julius on offense from the bench, than Clarkson attacking. Clarkson is better served the recipient of Julius' attacking and drawing in the defense, and getting an open shot.

can we please update the title of this thread. I came in here ready to punch something after reading "Left Calf Strain out 1 week" because the dude only played 1 min tonight.

I know its not likely going to matter because he won't see the court, but please change the title. It's only fair to JC

Don't understand why he only got ~4 minutes of playing time in the second half when the 1st half was probably the best half he's played so far.

Steve Nash, there probably never was a player who contributed as little for as much money for this team. I don't want to see him ever again anywhere near the Lakers, no matter the role

Maybe Nash is worried that fans will pelt him with stuff from the stands on sight, or wait for him in the parking lot after games. That's the only reason I can see for him stealing the Lakers 9 million $ and not even being a tiny part of the team.

Outstanding debut as a starter tonight! Good stuff Jordan, keep it up! Hope he gets lots of time going forward. Byron had nothing but good things to say about him post game. Well deserved.

Excited to see some vision and PG skill on display. He is aggressive and focused. The gap between what Price or Lin could offer is closing daily. I want to see him starting this year with the youth, so he can contribute significantly next year. Let him loose but make sure he concentrates on team basketball rather than an athletic rabbit hurtling for the hoop.

^^ That's pretty funny - I made that pun tonight actually in the game day and here in another thread. Cool that someone sent that pic to her and she caught it.

If we want Clarkson for next year we can have him for really cheap. Great pick up by Mitch and great job by him last night all things considered.

Chump, no help the team Nash could have been very useful. Right now Jordan is playing balls out, full speed, flying through the air a lot in finishing. Just trying to impress Byron and the team so he can get minutes. A very injury prone way of playing unless he picks his spots. But Nash could have shown him so much about the tricky and efficient ways of playing and passing. Chump.

Couldn't keep up the good mojo two games in a row, but he's a rookie and he just faced some strong individual defenders. His number one problem all year was just more obvious last night: pace. He either tries to go 20 or 100 mph on the court. He's got to learn how/when to shift gears to beat a defense.
