Monroe was out of the game, and Zu had already played 30 minutes. Zu isn't exactly conditioned for 40 minute games yet, so I don't fault Luke for matching up with the smaller Bucks lineup, especially without Monroe out there.
Zu doesn't seem to be a natural rebounder, but he's about as natural a player offensively as I've ever seen. I mean at 19 years old as a big man I don't know if I've ever seen anything quite like this. It's damn impressive. His defensive instincts are good and I think he's going to get better and better on that end with more experience. For him a lot of it is about timing. Now his athleticism will put a ceiling on him eventually. With all this Bynum talk, Andrew was much more explosive than Zubac. Still, he's got so many tools and after a summer of getting stronger and conditioning himself, I don't see any reason Zubac can't take a big step forward this summer.
He can get up in the air when he wants to but is like the other Gasol .... Pau .... only for own country. Normal plan ..... conserve energy for GF.
Actually the content you provide on a regular basis is very insightful and saves the average fan a lot of time looking up things you already have at your fingertips. It's really rather impressive, and it's pretty damn cool you do that. It's interesting to see how accurate things are over time, and I'm sure you'll continue to fine tune your calculations. It does help keep things in perspective though. Young players can be VERY frustrating to watch develop.
