Probably right, but it wouldn’t surprise me to see him back on a cheap one year deal to verify his health and status as an elite sixth man

Jump passes and always on the floor after getting knocked down by the big kids .... suck. Not worthy of our hard fought improving defense.

yup...what's happening to the C Bags is KARMA. First hayward, then smart, and now Kyrie out for 5 months? Will Kyrie even be the same player when he returns?

They did get Tatum and they are still finding ways to win (which is making me really angry)....but yeah, C Bags karma is coming at them fast and furiously right now...to lose Kyrie AND Hayward in the same year...just wow.

Is Hayward expected to be back for any part of the playoffs depending how deep they go?

Of course! You think the path would get harder after already being easy for the last 5-7 years.... No Sir

    wouldn't be too smart

from remedial training to playoff intensity? sounds like a recipe for disaster. They aren't winning it all without Kyrie anyways, so why risk his health?

I would definitely rule it out especially with how Kyrie is now also out for the year. Why push Hayward to even return when you don't even have your full team available to give it a legit shot at the title. Smart is even iffy on when he may return. Kyrie will be healthy for training camp and it also give Hayward plenty of additional time as well to get right and ready for Training Camp.

That's the smart, logical move IMO at least

Kyrie reverting to pre-Bron Kyrie which is getting injured most of the time, gotta be near the King to achieve something

We need a backup PG. I hope if we are interested, that he has reasonable expectations. Regardless the market will dictate value, but still....
