Pressing out there...playing tight. Every missed shot eroding his confidence a bit. Short on that pull up J. Ingram will be fine. Too early.

Tonight, I seen a guy that LBJ and PG13 would love to play with...

    Kuzma has his own thread...

On topic, Ingram seems to stumble putting the ball on the floor. Nearly was picked, tripped and had his shot Goberted. Kid needs to relax.

What's the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different (better) result. Stop with the iso madness kid. It's not working. I liked Ingram a whole lot better last year when he passed more and played system ball.

Run Ingram through picks and movement. He's not that slick with the rock (yet). Handles not all there. Get him an easy make-able shot that will get him going. This is where Ball will benefit him if he ever gets off the trainer's table.

True GC. We did run him off ball for a backdoor type cut and I think Caruso hit him with the pass in the right place, easy bucket. We really need to set screens for him and have him going off ball instead of the iso garbage.

He needs to have one excellent game to inspire confidence...all I see is the same mediocre player who played last year. Looking like Wesley freaking Johnson

Wesley Johnson was an airhead who made fans think that he was doing something out there. Ingram is trying. Failing miserably at the moment but at least trying. Needs to play to his strengths off set-ups not taking defenders straight on which he does not have the savvy.

It is extremely premature to throw in the towel with Ingram, and the comparison to Wesley Johnson, geez.

He just needs to stop pressing and let the game come to him.

    He'll be fine.

wes had zero ball skills, low hoop iq.

ingram has shown he knows how to play; he's just acting like he forgot. i think this is on orders of management.

maybe luke's post-game comments about moving the ball will put an end to whatever this has been.

I hate this Ingram, he's pressing too hard and Magic's team leader/20 ppg comments maybe was too on the nose. Kuzma's emergence has really shown a bright light onto Ingram's awful play.

This ISO experiment needs to end.

He's starting to modify a bit last night and cutting down the ISO. Let's be fair. Took a couple shots in rhythm without forcing or dribbling. Looked good dropping a mid range and moved well on the floor for cutting, resulting in another nice feed. Tiny but not so tiny steps. He's going to be OK to great player still IMO.

That said got to admit Kuz is outplaying him clearly right now and would very best fit in the starting lineup at the 3. And he would not be overpowered there. Tough choice with them wanting to keep BI positive about what Magic said. But as I think sirron (?) said a few days ago he has a perfect mind set to just keep working and grinding if he were to be used coming off the bench and not get down about it. Kobe's 4 air balls like Vash likes to say.
