Will we have enough to overcome the Houston Floppers tho?

Based on today's rosters and injuries + coaches, I view Denver as the best team in the West.

    I can actually see this.

Just makes me want us to improve the roster even more.

We’re going to have to be one of the teams that tries. The Warriors are done next season, no Durant and no Klay. We need to make this move and try to be one of the teams that continues to stop the evil that is Houston from winning a title. That happening is much worse than GS having a stacked team for a few years, could ruin the league for a decade as that style of play is rewarded and copied. Almost makes me hope Kawhi stays in Toronto if there’s no chance he comes here so there’s a last line of defense against them in the East. They were about to break up it seemed, now with GS out, I’d bet they come back about the same next season, same evil core of floppers and nut-punchers.

I was actually happy that the Warriors were dominating the last few years. They basically were guaranteeing that the guys I hate cannot win.

Unfortunately GS is likable. You simply cannot hate them except for Green and his antics.

Curry is one of the most likable guys in the league
Same for Klay, Kerr, Myers etc.

Durant is loved or hated but he isn't a cancer or anything at all...

I could live with GS winning because that stopped LeBron/Harden/Westbrick/C Bags etc. from winning.

I never though Toronto would have a chance, its amazing. But they too, are a likable bunch so I can't be mad. I hate Philly and C Bags in the east right now but Bucks and Raptors are ok.

i agree, and as a bonus, they did all of this without a three-peat... so we should feel pretty good about the whole situation... now we need to capitalize on these injuries and make moves to shift power down south a bit...

Wow. I'd love to see the context of this to be honest. Also curious as to how many around the league feel this way. I have to assume people think that Ingram will have more injury issues.

I have a bad feeling someone else is going to come in and swoop up AD now. We need to wrap this up, stop being stingy.

The risk of a Toronto/ Kawhi scenario is certainly there. No one knew Toronto was even talking to SAS until it happened. The "quiet" GMs with assets are the ones to be worried about. Denver and the Clippers come to mind. AD as a Spur makes a ton of sense, but other than Derozan, I dont think SAS has the assets to make it work.

This is why you shouldn’t be like Kevin Pelton. Stay away from the crack pipe.

    RE: Ingram
I'm guessing that factors in his recent health scare and the fact that he's almost due for a large extension. As a pure "basketball asset", he's near the top of the list easily.

So Baynes already opted in with the belief he wouldn't get traded in an AD trade and now Rozier seemingly has shoveled the last bit of dirt in complying to a S&t scenario and being a part of the C Bags in any way.

Also we can assume DLo would have the same mindset if he was asked to participate in a S&t for AD.
