At a loss for words. This team’s spirit is broken and their fight is gone. They’ve thrown in the towel.
I mean at this point it is just laughable. Like how does this continue to happen without ANY changes? Somebody needs to get fired. Somebody needs to get BENCHED. Like something, ANYTHING, needs to happen right now just so Lakers can get a jolt in them to win some effing games.
I’m at the point where I didn’t even know there was a game today… and I’m glad I missed it Even during the kids era I was still invested. I wasn’t fixing my schedule around games but I kept up and watched when I could
I hate this team so much, they just flat out quit as soon as it gets tough. I don’t even know why I tuned in for this one, we knew how it was gonna go. I wish we could just forfeit the rest of the games so I wouldn’t have to see this embarrassment anymore. The only bright spots have been Reaves, Monk, and Stanley, with some fun Melo games mixed in.
To be fair, it’s largely because the Clippers treat every one of these games like a mini championship we treat it like a Thursday. I wouldn’t be surprised if Balmer like gives every player some big fancy gift or cash under the table for every time they beat us. But yeah, it’s still annoying.
Man, it must be rough for the Lakers right now, one of the worst of the worst teams in the NBA. I'm just glad Russ has that $44,000,000 coming in this year to comfort him. And he'll get $47,000,000 next year. Anthony "Delicate Rose Petal" Davis is sitting - again - and getting a mere $35mil this glorious year. Must be nice. Bless them. They SUUUUUCK...but they sure do get paid.
That and we got a** raped by that piece of s*** David Stern. However, since 2013, it's still......1-0 where it matters.
2-17!!!! How does that even happen with the players we have. Our “rookie kids” could win more game then that. I wish we had enough spots on the roster to keep calling up G-league guys. I’d play them and let “our stars” sit and watch. Poor Lebron would have to end his 25 points stat padding game streak.
Totally agree that Reaves Monk Stan and Melo have been the highlights of the season. The rest - underwhelming.
