Also Lakers would have the 6th seed of AD didn't get hurt now they fall to 10th. That is definitive statement for.this entire thread
yeah idk where to even start - these last 2 games are the most frustrating games I've watched all year because of the injuries / sitting out of LeBron/AD. I just cannot believe we're basically locked into 10th seed now barring a miracle collapse from warriors/pels/suns/kings. I do not like our chances in the play-in as a 10th seed esp against the Warriors...problem is there's no good matchup for us in the play-in at this point unless the Pels drop in there...our season could be over early

Gotta be honest, there isn't a person on the coaching staff or in the front office that I wouldn't be okay with us moving on from. It's not just this season for me. Problem always comes back to who we would be replacing them with. But with Jeannie I'm certain there is an investment group that would come in and make us a top notch organization from top to bottom and fairly quickly.
With the exception of the 2 years we started with Westbrick on the roster thanks to LeBron and AD shooting “themselves” in the foot ….. the best you can hope for each season is a well put together roster that has a good chance to “compete” for a ring, in LeBron and AD’s window here. No guarantees!! Only one team out of all is going to win and the Injury Gods have a lot to do with that every single year. We HAVE had those rosters good enough to win it all, save for what “started” the season those two years. Not quibbling with the deep pockets no expense spared argument but it’s also a non starter with the reality of our situation and no desire to sell the team.
prince over rui was nuts the whole time. i understood bringing reaves off the bench ("benching" isn't really fair, as he played the same amount of minutes). benching dlo was catastrophically stupid given the options at the time, imo.
Lakers would have/will miss Schroder and Vando defense in the playoffs regardless .. Still would have been cool to make the playoffs though , I wanted to play and beat LAC before they leave Staples
