I been watching the Lakers and they have been surprisingly good. Be glad when Cousins come back. The big man are surprisingly working great together. I think Lakers need an extra big man and 2 or 3 (point shooters) to secure then with the eventual battle with the Flippers. Does anybody know what players Lakers could get to help Lakers to secure a championship this year? Lakers got everything going on except for 3-point shooting. This is what I always knew what Lebron was missing. A great coach and having big men protecting the rim, getting rebounds and performing well offensively.
Who is Aminu. I heard a rumour that we would get Iggy. If Iggy comes back and plays with Lakers it is a rap.
I feel like we should keep Quinn Cook and trade KCP because I feel like he suspect at 3 pointers and maybe Dudley. LeBron and them should get Carmelo Anthony. I'm trying to figure out why they did not get Carmelo.
Sorry RedXNaruto, I think Carmelo is done. But I agree with you, I think our biggest and only really glaring need is a lockdown wing defender with some size and the big win would be if we could nab Iggy. Like you said, get Iggy and call it a day.
I think we should trade Kuzma for an expiring. Need to plan in advance for 2021. Free cap space prematurely
Moe Wagner 25th pick and his 2.1m was dropped for cap which most likely led to Caruso’s deal. Kyle Kuzma 27th pick and was last seen changing his hair again...bruh, keep dodging them FO calls and I would be looking out for Giannis’s bro taking your spot.
Whatever the max is, it would be underpaying him for sure. One of those times where having a salary cap definitely works in our favor.
I've always been a staunch supporter of KCP in the face of all the haters here. Free the man. Pay the man. 4 more years.
Are shooters need to actually start making shots. Iggy would be nice as an additional wing defender, but really we just need to start making our 3s on a consistent basis.
I'd don't get why people think Kuzma will come good and KCP's hopeless when KCP has shot better from three and the free throw line than Kuzma for the last two years. You can think both of them are hopeless... or you can think both of them will be okay... but thinking one and not the other doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Would people pay more than 8 million per year for an undersized power forward who gets bullied underneath? (I say that because people think it's insane what we are paying KCP, but we'd have to pay Kuz more) Again, I'm not saying KCP is necessarily better than Kuzma... but the huge chasm in the perception of the fanbase has me baffled. I'm thinking Kuzma needs to get that 3 ball up to 35-36% or he's no better than KCP or Clarkson
Obviously Kuzma's upside and potential is still there whereas KCP, we've had six seasons to see his progression and it's been stagnant. Kuzma still has a trajectory where he can improve. It's only his third season thus far and his size is very important in smaller lineups.
